Tan (pronounced like skin-tan, sun-tan) (he/him) is a Neurobiology, Physiology, & Behavior major and double minor in Sociology & Public Health Sciences! His goal is to attend health professional school and someday pursue a career in the field of medicine. In his free time, Tan enjoys playing video games, watching movie dramas, and reading Chinese history. He also works as a tutor and research associate at UC Davis Health!
Isabella Tan
Bella (she/her) is a Cell Biology and Anthropology- sociocultural emphasis double major who aspires to become a physician. She enjoys playing club ultimate frisbee, being a residential academic mentor, and volunteering. In her free time she likes watching movies/anime, being outdoors, and going to cafes!

Massie is a Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior major who is pursuing a career as a Doctor of Sports Medicine. He is a very competitive and athletics-oriented person who loves to engage in anything that brings out that nature in him; specifically activities like futbol, chess, and video games.

Celeste is a second year Biomedical Engineering major from Sacramento, CA, and is an aspiring pediatrician. She is also a former YSP Gomes lab student. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, reading mystery books, and baking!
Tanishq Vaidya
Tanishq Vaidya (he/him/his) is currently a third year NPB major with a minor in psychology. I am passionate about cell physiology, particularly relating to cardiovascular systems and spend countless hours reading papers and articles on the subject. After graduating, I plan on attending medical school in hopes of becoming a cardiothoracic surgeon while also continuing to conduct research. Outside of academics I enjoy playing golf, reading and cooking various dishes from around the world. A fun fact about me is that I have travelled to over 20 countries.

Nicky Lonsway is currently a Psychology major with an emphasis on Biology and Political Science double major. She is also minoring in Neuroscience and Human Rights. During her free time, Nicky enjoys doing yoga, meditating, and going to the gym. In the future, Nicky hopes to get her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and conduct research.

Maria is a first-generation immigrant who would like to be the first in my family to attend graduate school and earn a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences. She wants to improve the quality of health care and medical services by researching and eventually teaching undergraduates. She likes to sketch and paint in her free time. She also collects Funko pops. She is working on modifying her car and also have two kittens that help me relieve stress after hectic days at school.

Igor Bejenari
Igor (he/him) is a senior majoring in Human Biology; his research interests are linked to the cardiac and endocrine systems. He is originally from Eastern Europe, born and raised in Moldova. His ultimate goal is to pursue a medical career; he plans to use his interest in health and science to optimize and prologue patients' chances for a happy and productive life. Igor loves snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
